How Hotel Industry Cope up with the COVID-19: An SME Perspective

This study aims to determine the plans and strategies adopted by hotel industry during COVID-19 crisis. In order conduct this study, a qualitative research methodology was used where semi-structured interviews were conducted from three countries: Austria, Pakistan, Indonesia. Interviews online with help of applications such as Skype, WhatsApp, Zoom. A thematic analysis in which codes, categories, final themes generated. The are study's findings, for employees, customers, SME hotels, staff. Strategies employees indicate planning programs Hotels. findings show that industries vary country while depending on contextual factors role government. Most Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) hotels developing countries less familiar how react survive conditions crises.
